Montego Data Limited Produce An Excel Spreadsheet package to help the Small Business with its statutory form creation as required by the Inland Revenue.
Since these forms are laid out the same as the official forms it is easy to transfer the calculations to the official forms.
No doubt the Inland Revenue would consider accepting the computer produced forms as produced by this product.

Validation Button

Checks if the data is acceptable on all the entry fields.
The normal data entry will point out you have made an error on an entry field but not force you to fix the error.
This means it is possible to complete the form badly
It might be that you are trying to exit the application and not save the file.
If the Validation Button fails the entry fields it places you on the first entry field error.
You should ensure that your form is error free before attempting to print the forms.

Pay Slip Button

There is no mandatory requirement to produce this form. It does however provide useful detail that can be cross referenced to P11 and P14 forms.

Self Assess Button

This creates a tax summary and not the entire personal self-assessment output.

P14 Button

The P14/P60 is one of the most important forms.
The Company should provide the employee with a copy of this form.

P35 Button
